What results can leave the clean room, and how are outputs controlled?
Only results that have been approved to leave the clean room and whose recipients have been approved to access them can leave the clean room. In the no-code version, this is governed when the creator configures the participants permissions and the turns on the various modules (e.g. audience insights, audience lookalikes). Only aggregated insights and audience identifiers can leave the clean room.
In the Advanced Analytics clean room, this is governed at the computation level, controlling granularly what output can be accessed and by whom.
How do permissions, approvals, and audit logs work across parties?
In the no-code clean room, permissions are set at the creation time to define with pre-defined roles.
In the Advanced Analytics clean room, permissions are defined at the computation-level for maximum control and granularity. Data owners must explicitly approve any computation operating on their data before results can be accessed by external parties.
Both versions offer a transparent and tamper-proof audit log.

Data analysts can use the no-code clean room in total autonomy, while data scientists need to be involved for sophisticated collaboration leveraging the Advanced Analytics clean room.
